Online Bill Pay
For help setting up your bill payments within online banking, contact the Bill Pay Support Team at (855) 226-1716.
Debit & Credit Cards
If you need to report your card lost or stolen, you can do so by using the Manage Card feature within City’s Mobile Banking app or calling (833) 933-1681 (Domestic) or (812) 647-9794 (International).

To activate a debit card or reset your debit card PIN, call (833) 681-3454.

Fraud
To reply to Fraud Detection, respond to the text message you have received. Please note: Texts from fraud detection should only ask you to verify the validity of a transaction; City will never request login credentials or passwords.
