Online & Mobile Banking

For assistance with Online or Mobile banking, call our Customer Care Center at 888-816-8064 or login to Online Banking to chat with an agent. Customer Care Center hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Online Bill Pay

For help setting up your bill payments within online banking, contact the Bill Pay Support Team at 855-226-1716.

Debit & Credit Cards

If you need to report your card Lost or Stolen, you can do so by using the Manage Card feature within City’s Mobile Banking app, or call 833-933-1681 (Domestic) or 812-647-9794 (International).

To activate a debit card or reset your debit card PIN, call 833-681-3454.

For other debit and credit card questions, call our Customer Care Center at 888-816-8064 or login to Online Banking to chat with an agent. Customer Care Center hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Fraud

To reply to Fraud Detection, respond to the text message you have received. Please note: Texts from fraud detection should only ask you to verify the validity of a transaction; City will never request login credentials or passwords. 

To report fraud on your account, contact your local branch or our Customer Care Center at 888-816-8064. Customer Care Center hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
